In the Netherlands, Joe received his BA degree in Business Administration specializing in marketing, management, and economics. His woodworking equipment career began as a Sales Engineer with Sanders Holland Profiel and continued as Product Manager with SLI Machinery Corp, Grand Rapids, MI. He returned to the Netherlands and became Managing Director for SHP International whose main activity was sales activity servicing high-tech woodworking equipment, then as General Manager for CATTINAIR's Division for Northern Europe, and later with Co.MEc International as Managing Director and Export Manager.
In the late 1990s, Joe partnered/founded T.N.A., Wood Technology, Quebec, S.I.M, Inc., and GISA Solutions, sales & maintenance companies for high tech wood, plastic, and stone equipment. More recently, Joe joined Cefla Finishing America, Montreal, to establish their Canadian Division and became their Canadian General and Sales Manager.
Joe recognizes the importance of business relationships. His achievements are built on honesty, integrity, and determination, and he has become a trusted advisor and business confidant to many of his clients.
